If you don't have this one, get for yourself and friends for Christmas. www.yogatech.com. It is totally fabulous. Gurucharan has put together Yogi Bhajan's teachings in a masterful way. I learned this from Gurucharan who put together the book. I learned it slightly differerently. THe palms are flat together, sides of palms on the floor and thumbs together up in the air. Also you can start out at 11 minutes and then work up one minute a day until you get to 31 minutes. Then start counting day one. I had to mark my mat for the postion of arms and legs so that there were perfectly perpendicular to the floor. Let us know if any one of you decide to do this.
