That's the key to this whole science. Keeping things simple.

As Bob Marley said

"Forget your sickness and dance,

Forget your weakness and dance"

It is so easy to get all caught up distractions that can easily snowball and

pretty before you can blink it's past midnight and the chances of

getting up easily at 3:30; taking that cold shower and doing sadhana are pretty

much shot to hell. But, even if I do drag myself out of bed and

at least make to the shower, I'm good for a couple of showers and then I must go

straight back to bed for the remainder of my sleep needs. When I

wake up from that...I FEEL GOOD!

Yogiji says that if you meditate on God, then God meditates on you. You can

most smoothly meditate on God in the Amrit Vela, at that time when

the veil is thinnest between you and the Infinite....and you can take that to

the bank.

I can go on and on about this....

You go Karen!

It's a sweet thing,

Dharam

P.S. By doing Sadhana you conquer your subconscious fear of death (living)

remember that little prayer when we were kids?

"Now I lay me down to sleep

I pray the Lord my Soul to keep.

And if I should DIE, before I wake (????????)

I pray the Lord my Soul to take"
