HI All....I forgot to introduce my-self to the group....

Hi All Yogi's...

 

I have been d to this group for about a month now and have just

realized that I have forgotten to introduce myself to you. I have responded

to some of your mails and probably have come off as some kind of foreign

voice from afar. I have really enjoyed your messages and would like to

introduce me and what i do/be.

 

My name is 'Sunbeam in the rain makes many many rainbows

Strong'...Considering my name you might have guessed that i come from the

60's era...And your right there!! Flower Power and all!!

I just recently got involved in Kundalini Yoga although my dad did that

kind of stuff when i was a kid. It was in New York City where i got started

at Kundalini Yoga East with Sat Jivan Kaur and Sat Jivan Singh...About 6

months ago. Wow!! What an amazing technology..Wouldn't ya say?!

 

I am now bi-coastal living in NYC and Bay Area, and will be (hopefully)

completing the teacher training which started in November here in Bay Area

Cali. I am looking forward to sharing with you all. May the Party begin!!

 

Love is the ultimate energy of the Universe...Pure Love...Pure

Light...Pure Intelligence....Pure Being...Pure Bliss....Pure Oneness...And

from this Pure Light/Love S+He separates into the seven rays/Chakras...So

each is yet another form of expression of Love's Will. So, then Love

manifests on the root Chakra as need..Survival, security..stability...

RED...And then Second chakra as desire...attraction..ORANGE..and so on...And

then we have even thought...Thought is Love's language...And sound is Love's

voice. Vision is Love's Eyes. Our bodies, Love's paintbrushes....Our voices

Love's Song...Our thoughts Love's paint....Our lives, Love's canvas...See,

it's all Love. And there is no-thing more to say.
