Guest guest
hi & sat nam, I was just wondering, since 3 weeks my vision decreased a lot. It seems like it happened in a really short time and I was really worried about that until I talked with a friend yesterday. In a conference a month ago, conference given by spiritual seeker and other psychic people, she was told that a lot of energy is moving right now, creating lots of problem related to eyes and head, but that people should not worry since it will pass. I was wondering if I am alone having suddenly got vision problems, and if this make sense to anyone on the list. thanks and sat nam, m-c

Guest guest
Dear M-C, My vision has gotten worse in the last few months too. I thought it was age.:+) Maybe both. I also think decrease in vision can be related to unhealed anger. Interesting. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur

I guess it is directly related, should I continue doing the meditation? sat nam, m-c

Let yourself get furious and enraged. Do you know these long "noodles" that they sell to stay afloat while swimming? Cut one in half and use it to hit whatever, including yourself and someone else if they are into the same game. Doesn't hurt and it is an effective emotional weapon. Anger is a great emotion because there is so much usable energy in it. It is navel center and energy for action. But you have to be out of your stories to really feel the aliveness in your body and then use it to get out of victimization and go for what you want. I find my eyesight is improving as my anger decreases. We await your report. Other's also. Everyone is angry about something. So claim that power and use your life force to do what you want to do during this short visit. Guest guest
Greetings All~ M-C you are not alone! Am just now catching up on my e-mail due to the fact that I just got new glasses! I had been having problems with headaches & dizziness for about 2 months when it dawned on me to have my eyes checked. Lo & behold my prescription had changed radically for the first time EVER. Distance vision improved, reading vision a little bit worse (I am 48 after all!) but my astigmatism completely disappeared! No wonder I felt like I was wearing somebody else's glasses-I was! Not really sure if all this is due to Kundalini but I suspect it is because I had been "seeing" things never seen before until I started KY in Feb2002. And now I am seeing those things even better! Guest guest
Sally- Same here. It was funny readying your post. The same thing happened to me. I was getting major headaches (had to stop wearing my glasses around the house). After about 2 months decided to get my eyes checked. I'm near sighted, but my distant vision improved by 50 pts in each eye -- which is huge for me. My eyes have NEVER improved before. I also have been hesitant to chalk it up to ky (partly because I didn't want to jinks it!). We'll see. I haven't heard of that happening before, but whatever caused it, its a really nice 'side effect'! I'm just enjoying it for now. Guest guest
Hi Sally, I have students who see better have having done a class. The most important organ in the seeing process is the brain. Relaxing the mind will "allow" you to see better. As a 45 year older I am having loss of ability to read little stuff up close. I am declining use of reading glasses because I believe it to be a crutch. Once you get used to it then you never really address the underlying issue. It is actually a form of yoga to sit with some small print and be with my breath, stop "trying" and straining to see and often within one minute I can read minute print quite well. It's letting my mind/body do the seeing. Check out Meir Schneider's "Miracle Eyesight Method" Keep up, Dharam What if everything is an illusion and nothing exists? In that case, I definitely overpaid for my carpet. --Woody Allen, "Without Feathers" Sally Perry wrote: > Not really sure if all this is due to > Kundalini but I suspect it is because I had been "seeing" things never seen > before until I started KY in Feb2002.
