Guest guest
I have a book called The miracle of healing hands by Wahe Guru S. Khalsa, D.C. That has rhythmic percussion treatments meant to release tension in the nervous system. Dr. Santokh S. D.C. also has a Ten Body Tune-up Manual with percussion techniques meant to stimulate the energy at the root chakra and in the shushmana. I had it done to me at Summer Solstice during a workshop and I felt like a million bucks afterwards! I've also used the technique on clients and it has been quite successful, although it wasn't in response to a migraine headache. I performed it to increase Lymph flow throughout the body, decrease sinus congestion and to increase the clients ability to breath more deeply? But I would imagine when you use any technique that affects the nervous system strongly the outcome would be far reaching. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Manual with percussion techniques meant to > > stimulate the energy at the root chakra and in the shushmana. > > I cant find infos on the book. Does anyone knows any other> book about percussion techniques to work on the chakra? This same information is in the book Healing Hands available on www.yogatech.com. It is labled differently -- working the nervous system. I attended the same seminar where this was taught. It is also what was given as a treatment for migraine headaches.
