I came across the yoga tech website last year sometime, but I'm what you might call very "infantile" on the computer so it's taken me awhile to connect with this group! I'm really half surprised that I'm here!! I've been practicing Kundalini yoga, meditation and Sat Nam Rasayan for approximately 4 years and am extremely passionate about it, whether it's taking it or teaching it! I had the opportunity about a year and a half ago to visit The Golden Bridge Yoga center in L.A. and what I came away with was a craving to experience community and connection with people who have similar practices to mine. Where I live we're a little bit limited in the community realm of things. We have basically one main Kundalini teacher, but we don't even have a studio. It's just a few classes here and there. So It's my hope to experience some connection with some of the 1000 people or so that are part of this group!
