Guest guest
Howdy, Team KY: What kriya(s) would be best to quell Borderline Personality Disorder (this with an eating disorder component)? I'm positive that KY can fix this right up, but it seems like I could use all the sets! ) ...And really not sure where to even start in on this thing. Which kriya(s) to do right now to stop this "spinning" I feel in my heart (mostly) and head now, and which ones to do for the long-term to, on an ongoing basis, regulate my moods more and not act like such a psycho blonde? Any other advice or experiences with this are appreciated, too. Sat Nam. Blessings to you. Michelle
Guest guest
Sat Nam Michelle, I can't really comment on the personality disorder question,(I'm sure there are others who are more qualified to do that) but I can give you some feedback on the eating disorder component you mentioned. I struggled in the past with an eating disorder. Fourteen years ago I hit rock bottom physically and emotionally and I stopped eating. Then after three years of that, I tried to eat myself to death and that lasted for a good 8 or 9 years. It was a never ending cycle of guilt and self hatred. Sat Nam Rasayan in conjunction with KY and a solid meditation practice is what helped me. I was either starving or stuffing a feeling. Everytime I began to feel a feeling I would run for the fridge and begin stuffing until my body wouldn't hold anymore food. There was no "Quick Fix" answer in the end. It took me 2-3 years to really get at what was underneath this defense mechanism of eating inorder to not feel. It was amatter of being vigilant in witnessing my consciousness and when I noticed non soul affirming behavior using my will to choose a soul affirming activity to reconnect with the Divine. Working with someone well versed in Sat Nam Rasayan can be very transformational as well and attending White tantric events is what ripped the root of it out for me I beleive. The key for me was to really work strongly with my creativity and increasing my ability to express it. Kundalini Yoga wise some specific meds or kryas that helped? I beleive a 40 day practice of 31 min Sa Ta Na Ma helped me. Anything that encourages you to connect with your soul and helps you to release what obstructs the light of your soul will be beneficial. I'm sharing this with you to encourage you to Keep Up! Every moment is an opportunity for growth and transformation, May you be blessed with both, Sat Sangeet
Guest guest
Sat Nam Michelle, Sat Kriya will balance the energy in the lower three chakras and this will help with the personality disorder. Sa Ta Na Ma meditation will stabilise the moods and emotions and make you more centered. Try it for forty days and let us know. Sincerely yours Hari Sant Singh Give up your sense of mine and yours and become the dust of the feet of all. God resides in every heart. --- "Michelle <texastribal" <texastribal wrote: >Howdy, Team KY: > >What kriya(s) would be best to quell Borderline Personality Disorder >(this with an eating disorder component)? Guest guest
Hello Michelle, I struggle with a very similar diagnosis: bipolar with predominantly mixed episodes. However, I'm quite familiar with borderline personality. The essence of BPD is fear, mostly of abandonment. The pathology is in the anxiety, manipulation, and affectations the fear produces. For me, the fear was of death/suicide. So, I did a meditation for astral projection with the injected belief that I could not return. The meditation was very intense and I really felt as I looked back at the planet that I did not have the option of returning to my body. I was anxious until I realized that I had body, it just wasn't the one to which I was accustomed. I've never seen death the same way since. It lost it's power over me. In your instance I would suggest a meditation for the Arc Line (stimulates prescience). Customize it so that you are in a state where you will always know who will abandon you; when, how, and why you will be abandoned. Live in that meditation for while. What is that world like for you? Would you stay there if you could? How would it change your life? Finish with a cooling Pranayam The second thing I would suggest is Yogi Bhajan's Meditation for the Divine Shield (for aura strengthening) followed by a custom, corpse pose meditation where you have been completely abandoned by everybody in your life. There is nobody left to abandon you. As this essential fear is realized, feel the hollowness press against your own energy field. Let the hollowness define your energy field. Expand your energy... expand, expand, expand out into the universe (use Breath of Fire if you have a hard time with the expansion), driving the hollowness to places unimagined. Hold your energy at this expansive level and finish the meditation with Sat Kriya to claim this power as yours. For eating disorders, I would suggest an astral or etheric projection Kriya. It comes with the simple lesson that you EXIST, regardless of what you may do to your physical self. It is this "existence" with which you must cope, the body is incidental. You are stronger than you could ever imagine. YOU WILL BE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE. Love Always, Daniel
