Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have a turban question. Recently, every time I wear a turban, esp. at Tantric and Gudwara, I have sharp pains in my head, in different points but mostly in the top front of my skull. I haven't been doing a lot of third eye meditations; in fact, I'm not sure that the pain is related directly to meditation. However, I have been able to intensify the pain by chanting. I'm not sure what to do, or whether I should do anything. Any ideas? -baba singh
Guest guest
Pain is energy that has become stuck. Energy needs to circulate back down. Close your your eyes and let down. Equalize and your broaden your focus to include your whole body. Feel your body's response to breath, food, touch....feel your body. Go by faith, not by sight. Dharam for more check out kundalini yogakyt10.html thomas wrote: > Sat Nam, > > I have a turban question.
