I suggest that you drink LOTS of water to thin snot and keep you

hydrated

when you fly.

Dear m-c

I take purification oils to inhale while on planes. Yes, drink lots of

water, take vit B s and eat very little on the plane. Take your own food.

Take tapes or CDs to listen to and meditate on sounds and your breath.

Completely avoid all mucus/acid producing foods until after the flight. The cold

is your system trying to clear itself of Ama (congestion, the

residue of metabolism).

Do carrot, celery and beet juice or just carrot juice and have hot ginger

tea....a lot.

Also, apply firm pressure to the cheek area right alongside the nostrils. This

will hurt but it is a good hurt. It will make you smile and maybe

even tear from the eyes with relief. Do it as often as you need or want.
