I have naturally sat in full Lotus position since I was a child, I find it very comfortable. So, do we use Easy Posy because it's easier? Can I substitute Lotus Pose? Full Lotus is optimal. Can I substitute Lotus Pose? Definitely. Is there any place where I absolutely SHOULDN'T? Not that I know of.
