Dear Ajai Singh,

I took notice of the ill effects of milk and dairy products on my body about

20 years ago. I have eaten completely dairy free for a few years now. Since

deleting milk, cheese, yogurt, all forms of dairy from my diet I have:

Not caught one cold or flu

Lost my previous sinus problems

Breathe fully and deeply through both nostrils all the time

Don't wake up with gunk in my throat or bad breath

Have a sweet smelling body and breath

Have high energy

No mood swings

No stomach problems or cramping

No bloating or gas

No constipation or diahrea

etc, etc, etc.

Milk is probably the best known producer of mucous in your system. It clogs

up your intestines, your sinuses (no neti pots needed for me!), your throat

(clear singing and chanting voice is a plus too!) and more. Don't be afraid

to let it go and welcome a better life. Try it for just a year or so and let

me know how you feel. Be careful, you will find it in many items like

dressings, creamed and buttered vegetables, etc.

Early this year I also deleted all meat and grains from my diet. I'm now

eating only fruits and vegetables (mostly raw or lightly steamed). I could

write a book on the positive effects and how good I feel. I can think,

breathe and play with great stamina and high spirits. There is an easy to

read, inexpensive book that well details these facts. It is 'The Mucusless

Diet' by Professor Arnold Ehret. It costs just under $5.00. You might want

to give it a look.

Personally, I think milk is better left for the cows. I'd rather sing than

mooo!

All the Best,

Heidi
