Sat Nam Gururattan,

Thanks for the input. I hadn't really considered that whole reincarnated

yogi angle, (aren't we all on this board?), but it sure lines up some other

things for me. Like why I so often feel as though I'm remembering instead of

learning this technology for the first time. It also explains my unusual

limberness as a child. During a family move, my brothers once packed me into a

3x3 box just to see if I'd fit.! I did. (But geez Mom, we poked some air holes

for him!) And I'm still pretty bendable as an adult.

Anyway, thanks for the answer! Now I can hunker down in my most comfortable

pose.

Yogiji has said that a man who cannot sit in Full Lotus is at minimum 40 years

of age, in yogic terms and a woman who cannot is 120 years in age.

I can only come into half lotus. The last time I tried full lotus I blew out a

ligament....Easy does it.
