Guest guest
Sat Nam Gururattan, Thanks for the input. I hadn't really considered that whole reincarnated yogi angle, (aren't we all on this board?), but it sure lines up some other things for me. Like why I so often feel as though I'm remembering instead of learning this technology for the first time. It also explains my unusual limberness as a child. During a family move, my brothers once packed me into a 3x3 box just to see if I'd fit.! I did. (But geez Mom, we poked some air holes for him!) And I'm still pretty bendable as an adult. Anyway, thanks for the answer! Now I can hunker down in my most comfortable pose. Sat Nam, Leo
Guest guest
Yogiji has said that a man who cannot sit in Full Lotus is at minimum 40 years of age, in yogic terms and a woman who cannot is 120 years in age. I can only come into half lotus. The last time I tried full lotus I blew out a ligament....Easy does it. Dharam Leo Miller wrote: > Sat Nam Gururattan, > Thanks for the input.
