I'm just beginning to tap into my own musical expression although I find listening to sacred/spiritual music can transport me into a very blissful realm where I find much healing occurs. I saturate my life with it,in my car, in my classes and in my home I fill my mind and heart with the remeberance of the One through music. I found summer solstice very blissful at times as the live musicians would go into ecstasy performing and you would go with them.
