Sat Nam Suzanne,

I used to live about 1 hour north of Philadelphia near Montgomeryville.

I'm now living back in England. While I was living in the States I studied

Kundalini Yoga in Yardley (just south of New Hope on the Delaware River)

with two wonderful teachers, Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa and Nirbha Kaur

Khalsa, who both studied with Yogi Bhajan and now have their own center

called, 'The Khalsa Clinic and Meditation Institute'.

In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes, they often

hold community events. I know that Nirbha Kaur occasionally runs womens

classes too. I studied with them for a year to take the level 1 teachers

training course, which was fantastic, a wonderful experience! I highly

recommend touching base with them and popping in for a visit. Sunday

morning class with Mahan Rishi always proves to be elevating. They also

have free early morning sadhana, with yoga then chanting. It's a wonderful

center and I miss them both dearly (I wish I still lived soo close!)

Here is their telephone number: (215) 321 0305

They're at 45 E.Afton Ave, Yardley, PA 19067.

They also run retreats up in the Pocono Mountains, twice yearly.

Their website is www.meditationpathways.com

Mahan Rishi publishes a magazine called meditation pathways... and on that

site you can find out about class schedules, gatherings etc.

Hope that helps, if you happen to get in contact with them, please say hello

from me and send heaps of love! :)
