Guest guest
Sat Nam! I taught my 2nd "professional" Kundalini class last night and it was a lot of fun, although there were a few times where I really felt like a novice and wanted it to be over with -- ha ha! Of course the students didn't know that so it's okay First I led them in an exercise for radiance -- stand in archer pose and chant the Guru Gaitri mantra. Does anyone know what this is called? It was taught to me as a stand-alone exercise. Is it its own kriya? Then, the Kriya for the Foundation for Infinity. Another question: when a kriya calls for its own meditation at the end, like this one, or Awakening the 10 Bodies, or others... Do you have the students do savasana/deep relaxation BEFORE the meditation... or go right into the meditation and relaxation at the end of class... What are the accepted guidelines for this. Hmm... guess I should have asked this BEFORE I taught the class. Oops! THANK YOU ALL! ANG SANG WAHE GURU!!!! Ranjit _______________ MSN 8 helps eliminate e-mail viruses. Guest guest
Sat Nam Ranjit, I think the answers are in Winter Solstice in Florida:-) I would say either way is ok, personally I'd do savasana first. Be well Deva

Good question. Ask again after solstice and see what other answers you get. I usually do the meditation first so as to take advantage of the conscousness just created. We relax seated first and then do the meditation. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
