I have always been interested in methods of health and healing that provide me with the tools and knowledge to heal myself and open my mind and heart to the guides that have always been there for me. I knew my guides with much greater intimacy as a child and now as an adult, I miss them and feel a hole in by being. Recently, my health (specifically extremely painful menstrul cramps) has brought me to Kundalini Yoga.
