Guest guest Posted January 1, 2003 Report Share Posted January 1, 2003 hi, my name is susan. am still a little high from my experience at golden bridge last nite. what a beautiful experience. sorry, i might have missed this, but what does kundalini have to do w. cold showers? also, would like to hear the difference between sat nam and namaste. when u say goodbye to someone after kundalini, do u only say sat nam and not namaste? it's so confusing!!! Since I do Hatha and other yoga too, I run into the same problem. I solved it by using both, they are both greetings, so it covers all bases and everyone's happy!
