Guest guest
Sat Nam everybody! I am Sat Atma from Greece, just recently joined in to this specific list of Yogatech and must tell you all, that I felt a wonderful warm feeling of belonging while reading your mails. Answers were coming through to many of my challenging questions and the feeling of being a lonely yogini in this world just went away.Last May I finished the Kundalini Teacher Training Course in London and although last year was so easygoing full of enthusiasm and amazing experiences these past 4 months I have been faced with the darkest part of me...it was really hard..still is actually, although I am aware that this is part of the transformation process. However, the universe has really amazing ways of working for us, when we ask for assistance and I am grateful that I was guided through to you all... I wish you all a Happy Hippy and Peacefull New Year ! Love and Light Sat Atma ps:Satsangeet and Dharam are you yoga teachers? There is something about your energy that is very giving and guiding...Leo you sure stand out by keeping up!
Guest guest
Dear Sat Atma Welcome to our list. I am so glad to read how much you feel at home here. We have worked long and hard to develop the List as a means of support for those who can't attend classes or who don't have others in their area with whom they can discuss their practice. As you have completed your teacher training course, you are also qualified to join the Yoga Technology Teachers' Forum - you can check it out at kyteachers.html Sat Nam! Guest guest
Sat Nam... Sat Atma, Well, I was just sitting here feeling like a lonely yogini myself! and reading your email just lifted me up! It's important to find a support network, a community, to connect with in times of light and dark and that's what I have been experiencing a bit here as I reach out and try to make meaningful connections with the others on the list. Yes,I do teach KY and something I call integrated yoga, which is basically Hatha postures with 3rd eyepoint focus, awareness and a huge focus on the breath as energy. It's a bridge between yogas that are focused more on the physical postures and KY. Although my passion of passions is Kundalini! In my heart of hearts I'm a teacher. I teach, because someone took the time to teach me and to open me to the possibilities that my life held. I've had dark times in the past and until my teacher taught me, I had no idea I could experience this much joy in my life! I'm so grateful that somebody came by and lifted me up, I want to do my part and hopefully do the same for another. So welcome! May you find support, guidance and connection...
