Guest guest
Sat Nam, if you recieve no replies on which manual it's in, I'm happy to explain in another way, perhaps I'll try again right now to save time: Here goes... let your arms hang loose by your sides keeping your elbow straight lift your right arm up as if you were pointing at the sunset (Shoulder level) then turn your palm up until it faces the sky (towards the cieling) and cup it (like you're trying to hold water in your hand) then bend your left elbow into the position you would to wave hello to someone (palm is forward and fingers point up) but keep your elbow close into your ribs.. so if you were to rotate your head to the left..you'd be looking at the side view of the tips off your fingers. Then touch your left thumb to the tip of your second last finger (the ring finger) And follow the rest of the directions! If all else fails, give me a fax # and I can draw you a picture! Yes! I believe we did meet at summer and winter solstice? Were you the Ajai that I served meals with? Remember you said to my friend and I that you had been seeing us around but hadn't said hello yet, near the end of solstice?
