The e-mail titled 40 day meditation given at winter solstice, was the one given by YB, to do for 40 days after Winter solstice. I gave full directions in it... right arm up, left arm bent etc. Then there was a small add on the next day of a few things I forgot. Then Sa Ta Na Ma is something completely different. Some people on the list decided to begin a 40 day practice of it and they are sharing about it in emails. Then tonight I reposted some info on the 40 day med given by YB in an attempt to further explain the original directions I gave to Ajai. I hope this clears everything up for you? Sat Sangeet P.S.
