If is, as far as yoga and meditation goes...anything will help that involves opening your awareness around the feelings you're experiencing. The only way around them is through them. Sometimes we do meds that elevate us but don't release the "crap" and then it just comes back to bite us on the "ass". So a mixture of meds to create connection, but something that will release the locked up emotion/thoughts etc as well. I like any navel exercise to do this. Stretch pose, bow pose (opens up), Sat Kriya. Meds: Har Haray haree Wahe Guru or Sa Ta Na Ma (these both can have navel involvement). And then be real present with what comes up and allow it to dissipate and transform. For connection I love Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru, Ra Ma Da Sa... (very devotional chants) or something that relates you to reality The mool mantra? Or just plain breathing light into the heart center when all else fails! When you wake up and can't sleep take the opportunity to meditate, release some of what keeps you stuck.
