I love this one, and have had some profound experiences with it. Once when I had finished it my hands moved seemingly on their own to my heart center and my second chakra. Has this happened to anyone else? If so does anyone have any explanation for it. I was told by a freind that I was connecting with my spiritual guide.Nanaste Anne Marie.
