Guest guest
Anne Marie, Well, I haven't had the experience you described with Sa Ta Na Ma, but it reminded me of another experience I had with Sat Kriya, for some reason? I affectionately call it my "Sat Kriya incident!" I was doing it with a class and when we finished I was spinning in everyway imaginable! I felt like my brain had cracked in half! and I had to go onto teach another class right away. Well, when I went to chant Sat Nam at the end of the class, I opened my mouth and I swear the sound came out of my heart center and not my vocal chords! It felt as if the the room just filled with the essence of Sat Nam. Beautiful moment! But why does this happen? What does it mean? Who knows? God's Grace! Just go with, be present and if there is a message, it will come through intuitively if you listen deeply. I remember when I first started KY, I'd ask my teacher about every little thing, what does this mean etc. until finally he said to me and my friend,"you guys worry too much". At the time I thought he was nuts! cause this was very new and exciting to me and I wanted talk to people about it and understand it all. So bottom line, enjoy your experiences and if there is an explaination to be had, it'll come through in some way, either intuitively or in your enviroment. But it's still fun to have people to talk about it with! Wishing you many more heart centered experiences, Sat Sangeet
