Dear Gururattan,

I just wanted to mention that this is an excellent manual. I teach

from it all the time. The title alone inspires me to open it up!

I like the inclusion of articles and I often will take little quotes

out of it during a class, usually during the moment of relaxation

and awareness between poses. What's great about it is that it has

plenty of navel kriyas and heart openers, so I can use it for more

beginner classes and advanced classes. I had thought about picking

up Relax and Renew, but then really, I haven't even touched a 1/3 of

the kriyas and meds in this one yet! and I've been working with it

since June (and I teach alot of classes in a week!)

So if anyone is wondering which manual to purchase, I can really

reccomend this one as being very inclusive for beginners and Old

Yogi's!

Keep up the great work, Gururattan,

I totally agree with you Sat Sangeet. My copy is old and the cover has come

off-but it just shows how much I have used it and yet sometimes I open it

and there is stuff I have never even seen before!
