But they still don't fully answer my question - the directions are for the Adi Shkti part of the meditation, not the first three parts. Does anyone have Yogi Bhajan's directions for it ? And is there anyone who would be kind enough to post the Divine Mother Principle meditation ? I don't have the book, and can't afford to buy it for a while. Thanks !
