Guest guest
Sat Nam Deva and all, I just read your post about two of Gururattan's books. 1. Meditate on its contents of my book "The Destiny of Women Is the Destiny of the World," until you understand and embody them. Available on www.yogatech.com. 2. Chant Adi Shakti mantra for 31 or 62 minutes everyday. This is part of The Meditation on the Divine Mother, which you can find in my book "Transitions to a Heart Centered World." Which of these books do you think I should buy first? When reading the reviews, there seems to be some duplication. Or would I be wise to get both of them? I am encouraged by my spiritual growth and piece of mind since I started KY, and at the same time I find I am a bit confused about how to proceed. There are so many meditations and excercises and suggestions about what to do before and after. I am not sure exactly how to proceed for greatest effect. I also totally related to the post about the "Clown Chakra". I am way too serious and would like "lighten up" my mind. The journey along the path is life long, but as with any journey, having good guides is important. My sincere thanks to all who regularly post. This forum is an incredible blessing.
