If you can only buy one at a time, get Transitions to a Heart-Centered World first, because its a yoga manual, an excellent one at that, and for this meditation you need to 'see' the directions as the diagram is important. 'The Destiny of Women..' is written so well, it gives insight into the plight of women, especially helpful if you're a MALE. This meditation is not just about changing or rearranging your specific conciousness but is aimed at YOU as part of the collective.
