Guest guest
Well there we go! Who knows what one person will find challenging and another won't! Ha Ha! Yes, my advice is to work into a posture if it causes painful discomfort. What do I find challenging about Bow?? Ugh! well,my hip flexors were tight in the beginning so lifting my legs off the ground didn't happen very gracefully! Annnndddd! For the first year that I did Bow pose I felt like I was going to die. And I don't mean that casually either! I had extreme anxiety/panic come up and I felt as if every cell in my body would scream at me "Stop! we're dying...You're killing us!" Ha Ha! Needless to say, I'm probably not what anybody would consider "Kundalini Poster child" material! HaHA! But! Happy to report I "can" do bow pose now without all the hoopla! Sat Nam, Sat Sangeet P.S. Congratulations and more power to ya if you don't find a posture challenging!
