Guest guest
Sat Nam Luis I am glad that you are with us as well! So, you've been doing it for 6 weeks and haven't had a cold. Now I really know I've been doing something wrong. I am gonna try what Krishan-Shiva told me to do and see if the sneezing will go away. I'm sure it will. Actually I have a pot boiling right now to fix myself some ginger tea. Keep me posted on your hatha yoga. Guest guest
In terms of having a cold or not I believe it has also to do with many other factors like the kind of sports you make, polution in your area, the food you intake, and in general the way you live and thing/ behave...and also your personal strength I assume... Concerning hatha for me is one of the best things I have made in my whole life. Makes me feel good all the time. sat nam luis ----------------- Ya tenemos Lotería de NAVIDAD, descúbrelo aquí: http://loteria.ozu.es ----------------- Correo enviado desde http://www.ozu.es
