I have 2 questions.Why it is so important to wear a head covering while you do or teach KY?? And, why can't we use socks? Thanks in advance. I know that mediums and people who do any type of work with other entities usually cover their heads because of the energy but I am not sure why in kundalini yoga. As for the socks, I am guessing that it is the same reason why people should not chant with clothes on and if they do it shouldn't be wool, cotton or polyester as they inhibit energy.I am hoping that someone respond who knows definitely why we are suppose to keep our heads covered and our feet uncovered.
