Guest guest
Just an extra note about drinking tea to help you with your sniffles... If you are planning on doing your practice soon after your cold shower it may be best to save the ginger tea until after your practice. Doing Breath of Fire with a belly full of tea isn't the easiest of tasks! The gurgling sounds can be quite entertaining though! My Teacher Trainers made *great* yogi tea, and I would always be tempted to have a second cup in the training session breaks.. and then once, one of my teachers decided to have us do back platform with Breath of Fire immediately after the pause... and the sloshing sounds were sooo funny, I almost couldn't stay in the pose out of embarassment! Best to have an empty stomach when practicing.. if you find you're too thirsty, drink a good sized glass of water the night before. Or have a *small* amount of warm water with fresch lemon juice squeezed in it before your practice. See what works best for you. You'll know if you drank too much! ;-) blessings, Krishan-Shiva Kaur _______________ MSN 8: advanced junk mail protection and 2 months FREE*. http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
