Guest guest
One more question Seva Simran... I did take the test again just recently a year later than the first time and I just relooked to see what things I answered kapha to and they were mainly structural things like size of teeth and bones etc. I'm thinking that if my constition is Pitta, having large joints, which is a Kapha trait, wouldn't be a pathology would it? because how could I change that? I'm trying to understand what it is you said in your post, so I'll ask you this... If I have a Pitta const. spicy foods should aggravate my heat I assume? But in the last 2 years I've begun eating really spicy food and have felt better for it, because even though I tend to be in a state of external inflammation (skin and joints) in my core I have that really cold presence there that feels soothed by this spicy food. So what I am describing, would that be considered a Pitta Pathology? Because as a Pitta I shouldn't be able to eat the spicy so much, but because of my "cold" pathology it's working for the time being?
