Guest guest Posted January 9, 2003 Report Share Posted January 9, 2003 I am wondering, what is the Nitnem? I've heard of Peace lagoon before only because I have Singh Kaur's CD where she sings it. And I checked out that site you gave me and did down load Japji, it's pretty similar to the translation I already have but it's good to compare the two. I also wanted to mention that at winter solstice I took a class called The Soul of Japji with Eck Ong Kar kaur and it was really good! we only got a 1/4 of the way through Japji though so I wouldn't be surprised if we see it again at summer solstice, so if you get a chance, go to it! Her interpretation was very easily understood and she did a really good job of presenting it in a way that really moved me...you probably won't believe this... but, I was in tears for a lot of it! (Ha Ha!) One might ask if I did anything "but" cry at winter solstice? I couldn't help it, everything I encountered was so very moving...
