Guest guest
Once a great yogin asked the question, "To gag or not to gag?" (wink at Satsangeet) Sat Nam Everyone, I want to first say that it is amazing how someone can affect someone's life hundreds and even thousands of miles away. Before I explain, I want to thank Gayathri, Dharam and Krishan-Shiva for their comical, serious and thoroughly descriptive guide to gagging and reasons for it. This morning after I first got up I drank some warm water with a little lemon juice as was told to me. After a couple of minutes it came back up--I was gagging without trying to. Then I got some warm salt water and brushed and gagged as was expected of me to do. I tilted my head sideways, also. It was really easy. I am surprised at all the stuff you guys have me doing:) It is no telling what I'll be doing next after I go to a summer solstice. Do you all know when and where it will be this year? It will be my first time going and I am looking forward to it. Will you all be there? Toyb

It was really easy. Glad to hear your getting the hang of it ;-) I'd wait until afterwards to drink the warm lemon water, rather than drinking it before. If you drink liquid first thing.. before gagging, then you are likely to swallow with it most of the mucus, that has accumulated from the night before, into your stomach. I know these things seem funny at first but after a while you don't even think about it anymore.. that is.. unless you're staying at a 'non-yogi' house and want to gag in the morning, and then have to try and do it *quietly* (not so easy) so as not to worry anybody! >Summer Solstice. You can probably find out the dates at www.3ho.org I won't be there myself.. not this year anyway. I'm from the UK.. so will be going to the Summer Festival in France instead. I'm sure there are *plenty* from this list that will be going. In fact last year I think that GuruRattan organised for people from the list to all meet up there. Did any group photographs get taken?... if so it would be great to post them to the photo page. Sat Nam, Krishan-Shiva Kaur p.s. If you'd like another giggle then check out 'The Yogi Tea Song' at the address below. You'll need Realplayer to listen to it, which is downloadable free from the site. Go to: http://www.sikhnet.com/Gurbani Choose the section: '3HO songs' Then you'll have to use the NEXT PAGE button to go three pages until you'll see, 'The Yogi Tea Song' listed amongst other titles. Check the box next to it.. then use the button 'Add selected media to play list'. Enjoy. _______________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
