Gratitude

Good morning everyone...Sat Nam,

 

I wanted to say that I am so very happy to be here with all of you

in this group. We come together here and we do a very exalted thing,

by speaking so kindly to one another with compassion and

understanding, blessing one another and supporting each other.

 

Internet is a wonderful tool,email imparticular, because it gives

the opportunity to connect with everyone, virtually. It also serves

as a bit of a buffer in communication because we have the

opportunity to "review" what we're trying to communicate before we

actually speak it. It gives us a pause, a moment inwhich to allow

the neutral mind to kick in, and make a choice about whether I am

truely speaking what's in my heart or am I being reactionary or

whatever...?

 

I'm such a technological infant that I'm really amazed that this

technology has served me so well,when I know virtually nothing about

it!

One other thing I meant to say in my gratitude statement is that

part of why we come together like this is, is to "remember" and to

be constantly reminded. If you observe our emails, we all

essentially say the same things in our own ways, why? Why do we

listen and repeat ourselves over and over again on the same topics

with a slightly different twist?

 

It's because through the act of speaking these words and listening

to these words over and over again, we begin to reprogram ourselves

in the language of the heart.

YES, I'm talking about the L word...LOVE!!

 

Through "remembering Love" we begin to uncover and rediscover the

essence of our True being, Sat Nam, the vibration of Love and Light

and illumination.

 

My teacher often says his business card should read

"Professional Reminder!" because that's essentially what he does,

if I look at my class notes from 4 years ago the topics are all the

same,how we spoke about them changed over the years, but the essence

of what was said remained constant.

 

So, we tell our stories and give advice and support one another in

an attempt to calm the waters, clear the path and make our journey

back into the heart, a smooth one.
