Guest guest
Sat Nam, Along with how S.I.R. Khalsa made out...I'm also wondering if Krishan-Shiva was able to make an arrangement for treatment for her pain or if it has resolved any. Guest guest
Thanks for asking Sat Sangeet! I took GuruRattan's advice and decided to be brave and ask whether the chiropractor would be open to having KY or Meditation lessons in exchange for the treatment, since I don't have much money at the moment... Although he declined on the KY lessons, he let me do a part-exchange on the fees, by giving his wife a massage. So at the moment it's feeling a little better, thanks! I just saw the chiropractor today, so expect it will take a little time to tell! One thing that seemed to help the pain (which was between the spinal column and the right shoulder blade) was when a fried of mine, massaged undernearth the shoulder blade, I put my arm behind my back, and he poked his fingers underneath as far as he could, I don't know why but that seemed to help alot. I'm also doing gentle neck rolls. Although the chiropractor confirmed that my neck was "all over the place" and suggessted I see him a few more times. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Ya, it takes courage to ask sometimes, but it's worth it, because I think in general people would be surprised how much people will be willing to do for you, if you tell them what your need is and just humbly ask for help! I hope it just keeps feeling better and better! Sat Sangeet

That should release the cause. Keep doing it, of course. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur
