You may also drink Yogi Tea. This is a cleansing for the intestines, skin and to loose weight. I did it for 2 weeks and felt great. Might do it again. blessings, Tannia " Our destiny is to be happy." Secondly, are all the vegetables you mention, steamed? Is there a proportion to use? Is this the only item you consume all day alongwith the yogi tea? What is th eorigin of this diet? Thanks again.
