Sat Nam,

The Mush diet you do for 40 days, and you can only have steamed zucchini

with celery, mint and parsely (all mixed in the blender) with black

peppercorn. You may also drink Yogi Tea. This is a cleansing for the

intestines, skin and to loose weight.

I did it for 2 weeks and felt great. Might do it again.

Thanks so much for sending this message. What is Yogi tea, and where do you

get it? Secondly, are all the vegetables you

mention, steamed? Is there a proportion to use? Is this the only item

you consume all day alongwith the yogi tea? What is th

eorigin of this diet?
