Guest guest
Diane, Just to add to what's already been said... When you glide the chin back into neck lock...even a slight one, you engage the stabilizers of the neck (postural muscles) if they are weak at all, it will cause upper back/ neck fatigue...the discomfort you experience...also if the joints of the neck are Locked or compressed at all, pulling neck lock might aggravate this creating more discomfort. So insure the spine is aligned, access your everday posture...Does my head sit centered on my neck or do I have a "poke" nose posture? And gently practice pulling the neck lock and for shorter periods of time to work into it, Good luck, Sat Sangeet
