I live near mountains and we have hotsprings, but they have been commercilaized. I was going to the mountains for a conference so I planned it to arrive right before sunset, so I could sit in the hot pool and watch the sun set behind the mountains etc. In my head was much more pleasurable than the actually experience....people calling out to each other...kids diving over my shoulder in to the pool!!
