Hello!!!

I would like to ask if any of you have heard of people who while

recovering from a serious illness start to make absolutely spontaneous exercises

of flexibility and gravity. Or if you could tell were I could find more

information about this. I think some people call it The Healing Powers from

Within.

Thanks for any reply and have a good karma !!! :))

Pedro, searching.

Sorry I hit the wrong button and didn't get to finish my reply. My body

continues to go into different yoga postures automatically, without me having

to deliberately do or think anything and I completely trust it is exactly

what is needed for me each time it occurs. Sure I can take up a yoga class

which my friend has chosen to do, but so far I see my personal improvements

in body, mind and spirit. I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner, and read the

KY postings daily.

In the past, I was the kind of person that researched, increased my knowledge

and educated myself on interests at hand. However, currently I have chosen to

allow spirit to guide me and this far it has always worked for me.

Hope this helps.

Namaste~

Stephanie

Sat Nam Pedro,

I'm not sure about Yoga, but I know that when I studied Reiki, this was

one thing that suprised me a little. Reiki uses certain hand placements on

the body and many of these are the very places people instinctively touch

themselves in crisis. Resting the head in the hands, hands to the sides of

the head, hands over the heart etc. So why shouldn't the same be true for

Yoga?

Sat Nam,

Leo
