Sat Nam Sue,

Are u saying that u do not know much about yoga itself, or kundalini yoga?

Well, may I suggest that you go to www.yogatech.com and order the book

Transition to a Heart-Centered World by Gururattan K. Khalsa, PH.D.

Also, on yogatech there is acomplete beginners course on video. There are two

more books I would suggest: Jewel in the Lotus by Sunyata Saraswati. I havent

read this book personally but it has been praised to me. You can, of course, get

this by going to Amazon. com and another book that I have read personally is The

Complete Yoga Book by James Hewitt.

Now, let me ask you, have you read the kundalini course for beginners on

www.kundaliniyoga.org/classes.html ?

If you havent it would be good to read, a couple of times and make notes, etc.

I hope this helps. Keep me posted!
