Guest guest Posted January 19, 2003 Report Share Posted January 19, 2003 Hi, I'm Cindi, and I have been practicing hatha yoga for a couple of years now, and continue to practice asana every day, but I stumbled upon the KYtraining and it caught my interest. I have just begun to work my way through the first few lessons, and have already noticed an increase in my self awareness, and clarity of mind. I am able to sit still, and quiet my mind for far longer periods than I was able to with my own improvisational meditation. I have been practicing the tuning in exercise before my asana practice every morning and evening, and have noticed that I am able to hold my concentration better, and feel the subtle flow of energy through my body as it reacts to each posture. - I am accustomed to ending my correspondences with namaste, so namaste, and sat nam, Cindi Cindi Labbe littlest_yogi Mail Plus - Powerful.
