Guest guest
Sat Nam, A good friend and student of mine, is going in for an operation for an umbilical hernia. She has been told that the op will be done under general anesthetic and is worried about the repercussions of having the anesthetic, both from a physical and emotional point of view. She's practicing KY.. and will be avoiding Breath of Fire and anything putting a strain on the abdomen for a while yet. Does anyone know of anything she can do to prepare herself for the anesthetic and it's after effects? thank-you! Guest guest
Dearest Krishan Shiva Kaur, your friend should check the planets... there are good and bad periods to do an operation. After the operation she (or he?)can take homoepathic remedies. Sending you a lot of love Sonja
