SatNam GRK and others,

I was looking at the Dr. Feelgood meditation for Ecstacy and Protection, on

page 135 of "Transistions to a Heart Centered World." I have a question

about part A. It says chant Sat Nam 3 times while inhaling in 3 parts, then

to hold breath breifly, then chant Wahe over the right shoulder and Guru

over the left shoulder while exhaling, then it says to relax and work with

the prana and sound current, continue for 7 minutes. Are you just relaxing

and working with the prana and sound current for 7 minutes or do you go

through the whole thing over and over for 7 minutes?

Also, I was going to recomend this for my brother, who's unemployed and kind

of in a funk but he's not flexible enough to do part b, legs out in front

grab toes and relax. I was just going to tell him to sit in a chair with

feet firmly planted, lean forward and relax, is this OK?

And while he is at it, suggest he ask his soul where he is to serve (and get

paid for it) next.

Yes. get him to do something!
