Guest guest
Sat Nam, I've been starting some daily yoga! Doing the warming up/cooling down exercises we learn in class, and now I am doing the Sat Kriya. I was wondering how one should breath when doing this kriya. Also it says: A good way to build duration is to start with 3 minutes and rest for 2 and continue for 25 minutes. meaning do the 3/2 thing 5 times ? Thanks Frans
Guest guest
Sat Nam Frans, Yes, 3 mins SK, 2 mins rest, five times. You will find your body adjusting rapidly. I used this method before and then jumped to 11 mins, then to 15. Breath anyway you have to, breathing is involuntary, so just concentrate on the mantra, and the pumping.
