Guest guest
Brad mentioned (below) that he changed the eye focus to closed eyes as opposed to focusing on the nose due to it being distracting. I was under the impression that eye focuses were chosen due to the desired or intended effect of the meditation (pressure on pineal gland... third eye.. etc.) Wouldn't changing the eye focus change the outcome of this meditation? Thanks! --\ -------- Message: 3 Sat, 18 Jan 2003 09:56:00 -0600 Brad Greenstreet Re: SODARSHAN CHAKRA KRIYA Sat Nam Shaktival, Dharam pretty much covered everything with his two posts of slightly different versions of this kriya. I would just add that when I did it I had my eyes not just closed but rolled up to the third eye, tip of the nose is distracting for me when I meditate for a long time.
