Guest guest
Hello y'all Something odd has been happening to me during this meditation, which I started on Dec 1st. By the time I get to the fourth part, I start to yawn like mad, and can't stop. Yet as soon as I'm finished the meditation it stops. Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening ? It's never happened to me before, and doesn't happen with any other meditations. I'm not falling asleep, just yawining. It's very annoying when you are trying to do a meditation that involves chanting !!!!!! Blessings, Avtar ______________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month! Guest guest
Sat Nam Avtar, Now if we can just get a clarification on the clarification of DM! So each part for example has to be 11-11-11-11, or each has to be equal for example 4 into 62? "By the time I get to the fourth part, I start to yawn like mad, and can't stop. Yet as soon as I'm finished the meditation it stops. Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening ?" --I don't yawn during, but I do have an extreme feeling of sleepiness in the first few minutes afterward, sometimes I'll nod and go to that place for a second or two. When I go about my day I'll have a lingering sensation of drowsiness, and certain places, (church chapel, Buddhist lecture room) will turn me into a serial yawner. I think its significant that we're both having the same after effects! On the times, I'd have to severly cut or increase my time (11 min. each, or 31-62 each!!) Thanks for the clarification, I think. :-D Blessings Deva
Guest guest
Here is Nam Kaur's clarification on the times for the Divine Mother meditation - Avtar '11, 31, 62 minutes should be the total, and break down the 4 parts equally within those timeframes. Guest guest
Sat Nam Deva, I find it absolutely fascinating that we are having similar effects from this meditation. I wonder what it means ? Anyone else have any ideas ? I hope all is now made clear about the times for the meditation. 62 mins is top limit, divided into four. I think I'll find it hard to do the first part for 15mins, as I find it hard to concentrate on the spirial. I found an old description from YB - he said to first see the Adi Shakti sign and then he said to divide a circle into eight parts like a pie, and visualize the spiral coming out of the top half, which is the feminie portion. So that's what I've been doing. Blessings, Avtar ______________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
