Guest guest
Sat Nam! I read in the archive that if the kundalini is raised all the way to the crown chakra without first purifying the lower centers, it produces the psyche of a black magician. Is this true? Is it safe for a beginner af KY such as myself to practice Raise Kundalini in Quick Order? I am interested in it because I am celibate at the moment, and I read in the archive that it (or at least table pose from it) is good for raising the sexual energy. Might it be advisable for me to start with the set for a flexible spine and/or Nabhi Kriya and just tack on table pose? At what point during a session would I add the table pose, the end? Also, if I do something like this, would I do all the meditations associated with each set, or just one, and if so, which one? I have ordered Sexuality and Spirituality but it hasn't arrived yet. I understand there is a set called Silver Bullet on page 41 that is good for celibates. Is it safer or more advisable for a beginner? Thanks for your help. Love, Kundaleaner Mail Plus - Powerful. Guest guest
Dear Mark, > I read in the archive that if the kundalini is raised all the way to the crown chakra without first purifying the lower centers, it produces the psyche of a black magician. Is this true? Humm. Not if KY by Yogi Bhajan is practiced. Maybe if that is your intent. But if you are practicing KY it will do a good job at purifying your intent too :+) > Is it safe for a beginner af KY such as myself to practice Raise Kundalini in Quick Order? Yes. It also clears the lower chakras. On this list and in my experience, the only ones who have had a problem with raising the kundallini prematurely are the ones who have had spontaneous awakenings and did not practice KY as taught by Yogi Bhajan. No need to fear, but thanks for being conscious enough to be concerned and ask. My advise is to enjoy your journey to consciousness. > I am interested in it because I am celibate at the moment, and I read in the archive that it (or at least table pose from it) is good for raising the sexual energy. Go for it. You will have to practice root lock consciously to really raise the sexual energy in a way to have lasting results. Might it be advisable for me to start with the set for a flexible spine and/or Nabhi Kriya and just tack on table pose? YOu could do that. These are very good basic sets that also work on raising sexual energy. I would suggest practicing these 2 sets once or twice a week to help redirect your sexual energy no matter what other sets you choose to do. > At what point during a session would I add the table pose, the end? At the beginning. Be sure to meditate after this pose and feel the energy as it moves in your body. I had a girl friend who used to have her boyfriend do table pose, so that they could go to dinner before having sex. >Also, if I do something like this, would I do all the meditations associated with each set, or just one, and if so, which one? Do each set completely as it is written. Was that the question? > I have ordered Sexuality and Spirituality but it hasn't arrived yet. No. Both are effective and safe.Do this set after the spinal energy series or atleast do some spinal flexes to warm up. Let us know your results. It is great to have you guys doing these sets to rechannel your sexual energy. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur
