I was sitting at home with a friend, who also happens to be HIV+, when it arrived. I started leafing through it and found the sets for Cocaine. I know my friend really struggles with this one. So I mentioned them and his reaction was immediate. "Gimme the book. You have a scanner? No? Damn!" So I taught him how to Tune In and sent him home with the book to copy as he pleases. I must say that I had it in my hands long enough to see that between this and TRANSITIONS I won't even need to look at another yoga book for a couple of years! What an amazing array these two books present to this student! So, my thanks to you Gururattan Kaur Khalsa, the Yogi Bhajan may have brought this gift to the west, but you're the one who brought it to me.
