Guest guest
Sat Nam Amanda, Wow I don't know if it something that has to be rectified. I've caught myself a few asanas into a kriya several times, or beginning a meditation. And its just obvious to me, its as if somethings 'wrong', its more obvious if I'm meditating. It just feels different. I believe it is perfectly fine to tune in whenever you forget, right where you are. Blessings Deva
Guest guest
Thanks Deva, I definately notice it when I don't tune in, it just feels off. I just switched up my routine, I've been getting up earlier and I just switched to the extra bedroom instead of the living room, I think that's why I'm forgetting, different time and place. I'm going to leave myself a note in the front of the room, so I remember. Sat Nam, Amanda _______________ MSN 8 helps eliminate e-mail viruses.
